We are a global firm with experience in over 150 countries and a team of more than 212,000 professionals worldwide, providing services to top companies across various industries. **Academic Background**: Graduates, bachelors, and/or degree holders in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. **Requirements:** * Participation in software development projects (academic or professional). * Knowledge of software quality, test execution, and test design (functional/non\-functional testing, unit testing, etc). * Basic programming knowledge in Python, SQL, JavaScript, or HTML. * Understanding of the software development project lifecycle. * Familiarity with project management using agile methodologies (Scrum). * Proficiency with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and RPA automation tools (Selenium, Katalon, UIPath, etc). * Intermediate\-Advanced English proficiency. * Availability to work on-site in Peru (San Isidro). **Responsibilities:** * Support the creation and execution of test cases. * Assist the team throughout the software development project lifecycle (agile and Scrum methodologies). * Support software quality test automation efforts. * Continuously learn about software quality processes for our national and international clients. **Competencies:** * Willingness for continuous learning * Multitasking: ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Collaboration with local and international teams in English * Proactivity
