We are looking for a professional Head of Civil Engineering and Quality Control * **Licensed and registered Civil Engineer**, with solid professional experience in civil works for the industrial sector. * **Minimum of 15 years of proven experience** leading or supervising construction projects for **industrial plants, heavy infrastructure, or large-scale buildings**, performing roles such as: **Structural Engineer, QA/QC Supervisor, BIM Manager, or project management positions** * Proficient in **national and international technical codes and standards** (ACI, ASTM, AWS, RNE, among others) applicable to industrial construction. * Advanced skills in **BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, or others)** and specialized software for engineering and project coordination. **Main Responsibilities** Lead and coordinate civil project activities throughout all stages. Supervise material quality, construction processes, and compliance with specifications. Implement BIM methodologies to optimize planning and execution.
