




R * esponsibilities: Organize, implement, maintain, evaluate and improve the quality management systems implemented at NSF. R * eview the performance of the Management Systems to ensure they are maintained and continuously improved, identifying deviations and initiating actions to prevent or minimize such deviations, ensuring compliance with requirements of the implemented management systems, external accreditation documents, authorization and internal procedures. I * nform the Quality and Compliance Management and operational area managers about the performance of the implemented Management Systems and improvement needs that ensure the effectiveness of activities. P * ropose, develop, update, control and implement internal procedures of the management systems implemented at NSF, as well as manage the corresponding external documentation. G * uarantee that trainings, updates, and communications to internal staff occur timely, concise, and effectively, verifying training effectiveness through follow-ups and/or inspections. M * onitor and verify the implementation of corrective and improvement actions, resolution of Non-Conforming Works, complaints, preparing the corresponding reports. V * erify compliance with internal procedures and requirements of the implemented management systems. A * ddress internal staff inquiries regarding interpretation and compliance with requirements of the implemented Management Systems. P * repare and present metrics, improvements, plans, and periodic reports on the performance of the Management Systems. S * upervise compliance with the quality management system activity program, coordinate activities related to proficiency testing, monitoring of agreements from Management Review Meetings, and supplier evaluations. P * repare files for obtaining and maintaining accreditations, authorizations, and certifications. E * in coordination with the Technical Directorate of Pharmaceuticals and Quality and Compliance Management, schedule and conduct internal audits and inspections of the management system. Q * ualifications: Licensed and authorized Pharmaceutical Chemist T * hree (03\) years of experience in Control and/or Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical sector. P * articipation in audits of pharmaceutical quality systems I * nterpretation of ISO/IEC 17025, GLP, or other applicable standards R * EG\-INS\-026 Regulation of the Network of Quality Control Laboratories for Medicines and Related Products in the Health Sector. R * egulation on Disputes of Pharmaceutical and Related Products investigated by Digemid. R.M. N°1853\-2002 SA/DM I * nterpretation of ISO 14001 standard, or other implemented standards.
