Main competencies and knowledge: Residential internet and cable TV installations (FTTH / HFC). Mechanical connector termination and continuity testing. Handling installation tools: drill, signal tester, crimping tool, cable cutter. Use of telescopic ladder and application of safety protocols for working at heights. Detection and repair of faults in internal and external cabling. Basic configuration of customer equipment (routers, decoders, ONT).
