This opportunity is for you!** **Main responsibilities:** * Provide personalized customer service (in-person, phone, and digital). * Advise on tourist destinations, flights, packages, and complementary services. * Manage reservations, issue tickets, and follow up on sales. * Stay updated on promotions, rates, and industry news. * Resolve inquiries, complaints, and ensure a satisfactory customer experience. **Requirements:** * Ability to make phone calls to customers. * At least **3 months of work experience in a call center**. * We are seeking candidates who live nearby to ensure punctuality. * Studies in Tourism, Commercial Aviation, or related fields. * Experience with reservation systems (preferred but not mandatory). * Positive attitude, charisma, responsibility, punctuality, and proactivity. * Excellent communication and customer orientation. * Teamwork skills. **IMPORTANT** Only applicants meeting the required qualifications will be considered.
