Position Summary: Supervises and ensures compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations, prepares SSOMA documentation, and trains staff. Key Highlights: 1. Incident and accident investigation Requirements * Bachelor's degree or Technical diploma in Industrial Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of **Law No. 29783** and its Regulation (Supreme Decree No. 005\-2012\-TR). * Proficiency in preparing: * IPERC. * ATS. * PETS. * Safe work procedures. * Emergency plans. * Experience in safety inspections and report preparation. * Knowledge of incident and accident investigation. * Handling of OSH indicators. * Knowledge of solid waste management and environmental aspects (desirable). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). * Class A\-I driver's license (desirable). * Willingness to travel and work onsite. Main Responsibilities * Supervise compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Conduct onsite safety inspections. * Prepare and update SSOMA documentation. * Train staff on safety topics. * Investigate incidents and accidents. * Verify proper use of PPE. * Prepare safety reports and indicators. * Coordinate preventive and corrective actions. * Monitor implementation of the Annual OSH Program.
