




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to conduct on-site inspections, topographic surveys, operate measurement equipment, prepare AutoCAD drawings, and support the digitization and uploading of technical documents. Recognized globally as the benchmark for quality and integrity, SGS employs over 93,000 people and operates a network of more than 2,600 offices and laboratories worldwide. **Job Description** * Perform on-site inspections and topographic surveys of intervened areas. * Record coordinates, elevations, dimensions, and locations of equipment or structures. * Operate measurement equipment (Total Station, Laser Level, GPS, etc.) and verify calibration status. * Prepare base drawings, sketches, and preliminary models in AutoCAD. * Support digitization, coding, and uploading of technical documents. * Driver's license category AIIB. Driving record (as of the application date, **must not include serious or very serious violations within the last 2 years).** * Ensure document upload, coding, and backup on the ACONEX platform or designated digital repository. * Comply with and promote SSOMA, IPERC, ATS guidelines and daily safety talks. * Other duties assigned by the Senior SIG Engineer related to the service scope. **Requirements** * Instrumentation Technician, Surveying, CAD Technician (Blueprint interpretation and preparation of 2D/3D drawings). * Minimum 5 years of experience conducting surveys in mining (mining plants) or industrial projects. * Minimum 3 years of experience interpreting blueprints and technical documentation for steel structures. **Additional Information** * Office software proficiency. * AutoCAD (2D and 3D). * Other technical drawing software.
