Position Mission: Plan, coordinate, and control the proper functioning of various operating systems, network maintenance, as well as IT projects. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software, or Computer Science * Desired specialization in systems, information technology, IT project management, or project management under PMI framework. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles * Desired intermediate Office software skills * Experience in Construction, Mining, Industries, Contracting Functions: * 1. Validate the strategy, objectives, policies, and procedures related to Information Technology (IT). * 2. Identify user needs by assessing their alignment with business objectives, planning priorities and necessary resources for executing SI and IT projects. * 3. Lead and control the portfolio of information technology projects that enable innovation in business processes. * 4. Establish and manage the application and information systems development plan to provide visibility into business processes. * 5. Establish a framework for effective management of IT projects based on the PMBOK standard. * 6. Comply with guidelines of the integrated management system for quality, safety, occupational health, environment, and anti-bribery. * 7. Comply with internal work regulations, safety and occupational health regulations. * 8. Ensure process integrity when planning and implementing changes within the IMS, considering identification of potential new risks and opportunities, and respective actions to address them. * 9. Comply with obligations stipulated in Article 38 of Subchapter I - Chapter II of the Occupational Safety and Health Regulation in Mining D.S. N° 024-2016-EM and DS 023-2017-EM. * 10. Fulfill other responsibilities inherent to the position. * 11. Report to Senior Management on the performance of the IMS within the processes assigned to the role. * 12. Lead and support personnel to contribute to the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System (IMS). * 13. Report situations that could pose risks to Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, Anti-Bribery, and Information Security. * 14. Responsible for understanding, complying with, and applying the requirements of the integrated management system related to their role in the organization. * 15. Communicate internally and externally regarding the Policy and effective implementation of the Integrated Management System. * 16. Promptly report information security incidents or events.
