PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in the mining industry to join our team, leading end-to-end management of multidisciplinary expansion and modernization projects for concentrator plants. Key Highlights: 1. Leads expansion and modernization projects at concentrator plants. 2. Manages multidisciplinary projects from engineering through commissioning. 3. Requires mining experience and proficiency in key technical tools. We are looking for a **PROJECT MANAGER** with mining experience to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree and professional license (registered) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **5 years of experience in mining projects** (mandatory). * Experience in end-to-end management of expansion, optimization, and modernization projects for concentrator plants. * Experience in planning, directing, controlling, and executing multidisciplinary projects. * Experience across all project phases: engineering, procurement, construction, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up. * Preferred: Specialized studies or diplomas in project management, project leadership, project planning and control, or related areas. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** * **MS Project** * **AutoCAD** * **Inventor** * **Tekla Structures** * **Navisworks** * **SAP2000** * Project planning and control. * Development and monitoring of construction schedules. * Cost, resource, progress, and productivity management. * Multidisciplinary coordination and contractor management. **ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:** * Availability to work under a **14x7 schedule**. * Immediate availability. * Experience in mining operations and concentrator plants.
