At Servicios Generales Armane, with over 15 years providing comprehensive maintenance solutions, Industrial Painting, Civil Works, Industrial Metal Mechanics, we are looking for a Supervisor SSOMA, responsible, proactive, and experienced in general services (detailed above), to carry out field supervision. Your mission will be to ensure that all our activities are carried out under strict standards of safety, occupational health, and environmental protection. Requirements: \- Be a licensed, registered, and qualified engineer. \- Experience in civil, metal-mechanical, and generally in GENERAL SERVICES. \- Availability to work extended hours. \- Have 2 years of experience as a SUPERVISOR SSOMA. \- Good communication skills and technology proficiency. \- Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems and Occupational Health and Safety. Functions: \- Daily safety talks. \- Supervision in the work areas. \- Develop and update formats of the Integrated Management System according to new legal regulations and/or incidents (plans, programs, forms, IPERC, PETS, etc.). \- Support timely submission of SSOMA reports requested by clients. \- Delivery of PPEs with delivery records to personnel. \- Organize files on laptop (SIG updates). \- Develop, deliver, and disseminate work procedures and risk matrices. \- Conduct field inspections, follow up on incident and/or accident reports, and implement action plans. \- Provide documentary support and weekly reports and/or evidence of compliance with the annual SSOMA plan as required by the client. \- Perform homologation audits upon client request and provide safety, occupational health, and environmental training to workers. \- Develop IPERC matrix. \- Other duties assigned by management.
