Present in 120 countries, Egis leverages the expertise and knowledge of its 19,500 professionals to serve clients and develop innovations applicable across all projects. **About the Role** * Monitoring and control of on-site construction activities. * Verification that completed works comply with contractual terms. * Coordination with the PMO team and its specialists for comprehensive oversight of all construction activities and related matters. * Reporting to the PMO team (quality, technical coordination, project management). * Organizing technical meetings with the Client and Contractor. * Drafting monitoring documentation. Technical Competencies: * **Technical knowledge related to monitoring civil engineering construction and installations.** * **Proficiency in CAD software (REVIT, AutoCAD, REVISTO) and BIM environments.** * Basic knowledge of schedule and budget control. * Proficiency in office productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Ability to generate reports and meeting minutes. * Desirable experience in document management and quality control of deliverables. Desirable Knowledge (non-exclusive): * Experience in quality management or contract administration. * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK). * Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project or others). * English and French language skills (intermediate level and/or ability to read technical documentation and hold basic conversations).
