General Conditions: * Full-time employment. * Work mode: On-site, Comas District – Lima (specifically Collique). * Willingness to travel occasionally to the project office in Magdalena. **Additional Information** Professional Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Minimum **five (5) years of proven experience** in technical construction supervision roles, preferably in infrastructure, industrial, or healthcare sectors. Technical Competencies: * **Technical knowledge related to monitoring civil engineering and installation works execution**. * **Proficiency in CAD software (REVIT, AutoCAD, REVISTO) and BIM environments**. * Basic knowledge of schedule and budget control. * Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Ability to generate reports and meeting minutes. * Desirable experience in document management and quality control of deliverables. Desirable Knowledge (non-exclusive): * Experience in quality management or contract administration. * Knowledge of project management (PMBOK). * Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project or others). * English and French language skills (intermediate level and/or ability to read technical documentation and hold basic conversations).
