Position Description ACCIONA, within its Concessions Business, seeks to hire the following profile: MISSION: Manage and oversee the financial, accounting, and budgetary strategy of concessionary companies in Peru, ensuring the economic sustainability of projects and compliance with corporate, contractual, and regulatory guidelines. Ensure efficient management of concession contracts, sound financial decision-making, and consistent, aligned communication with the parent company in Spain. Candidate Requirements REQUIRED PROFILE: Academic Background / Qualifications: * Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. * Master’s degree (desirable) * Postgraduate diploma in Management Control, Financial Planning, or similar Additional Knowledge: * Minimum 5 years’ experience in leadership positions within companies of comparable scale. * Experience managing public concession contracts, preferably under the Financial Asset model. * Experience preparing and presenting audited financial statements. * Experience managing financing contracts under project finance arrangements. * Knowledge of financial risk management and financial modeling for decision-making. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead annual financial planning and budget monitoring for concessionary companies. * Supervise accurate accounting execution, ensuring compliance with local and international standards (IFRS). * Monitor financial and performance indicators for each project, proposing improvement actions. * Manage relationships with internal and external auditors, as well as supervisory bodies and regulatory authorities. * Coordinate with the parent company in Spain on financial consolidation and preparation of corporate reports. * Evaluate and optimize cost structures, cash flows, and financing strategies. * Ensure compliance with financial commitments stipulated in concession agreements. * Supervise preparation of economic and contractual reports for granting entities. * Lead the finance and accounting team, promoting area development and efficiency. * Participate in strategic decision-making by providing financial analyses and profitability projections.
