Your journey toward impact and innovation starts here at WSP! **Main job responsibilities:** * Coordinate project activities. * Lead tasks and project teams in the development of studies. * Support technical and operational management of projects. * Manage scope and service-related topics with clients for the development of Environmental Management Instruments and permits. * Conduct preparation, execution, and monitoring of fieldwork, ensuring compliance with planned tasks, control of field teams, and project operability. * Collaborate in the review of technical and environmental topics. * Lead the preparation of proposals for consultancy services related to environmental management instruments and mining permits. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in all assigned activities, among others. **Professional background:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geographical Engineering, Geography, or related fields. * Master’s degree in water resources or related areas is desirable. * Minimum 7 years of experience in the environmental sector and/or consulting and/or general project management. * Experience in Environmental Management Instruments and construction and/or mining and/or operation permits is desirable. * Familiarity with environmental regulations is desirable. * No restrictions for traveling to high-altitude Andean regions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ArcGIS, and Google Earth is desirable. * Availability to work in a hybrid mode at the Miraflores offices. \#Peru \#LI\-VE1 \#LI\-Hybrid **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Miraflores**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 7**Job Posting** Nov 14, 2025, 5:00:19 PM
