**Job Offer Mype – General Manager** Location: Lima, Peru (with availability for national and international travel) **About Us** We are a Peruvian company with over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing of tools and equipment for diamond mining drilling and in the distribution of diamond products from international brands. We have operations in Peru, a subsidiary in Mexico, and upcoming representation agreements in Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, and other Latin American countries. We are currently in a phase of international expansion and are seeking a General Manager to lead this new stage of growth. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead comprehensive management of the company (commercial, operational, administrative, and financial). * Develop and implement local and international growth strategies. * Strengthen relationships with national and international clients, distributors, and strategic partners. * Supervise production, logistics, and quality control processes. * Lead and motivate the workforce, fostering an organizational culture based on discipline, innovation, and results. * Manage performance indicators (sales, profitability, productivity, work environment). **Profile Requirements** * Professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mining, or related fields (MBA desirable). * 4 to 6 years of managerial experience in industrial, mining, or metal-mechanical companies. * Proven experience in market expansion and international trade. * Solid knowledge in financial, operational, and commercial management. * Intermediate/advanced English. * Leadership, negotiation, and strategic vision skills. **Conditions and Benefits**. * Variable bonus, subject to achievement of strategic goals. * Corporate benefits and international prospects. * Opportunity to lead the expansion process of a growing company.
