DESCRIPTION We are looking for an ***IT Development and Support Coordinator*** for an important company in the ***Real Estate*** sector, who can perform the following functions: * **Analyze** business needs and propose technological solutions aligned with strategic objectives. * **Lead** and supervise software development projects, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and use of agile methodologies. * **Manage** technological systems and platforms (SQL, ERP S10, CRM, Office 365, Antivirus, Hosting, among others), guaranteeing their proper operation and updates. * **Administer** the technological infrastructure, including servers, equipment, and software licenses, establishing preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * **Coordinate** technical support for users through ticket management, user account setup, and training on digital tools. * **Implement** and maintain security policies, data backup, and access control. * **Evaluate** and coordinate with vendors the acquisition and maintenance of technological assets. * **Research** and implement new technologies that optimize internal processes and strengthen innovation within the company. REQUIREMENTS * **Degree** or Bachelor's in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related fields. * **Minimum** of 5 years of experience in similar roles. * **Knowledge** of: Javascript, HTML, CSS, NodeJs, Angular, Angular Js, API integration, Transact Mysql, SQL, PSQL, among others. * **Technical support knowledge**: computer assembly, installation, configuration, and repair of PCs, printers, switches, among others. * **Ability** and willingness to automate Human Resources reports such as vacations, bonuses, timekeeping records, and time clocks. * **Knowledge** of the BUK (Human Resources) system (Desirable). * **Intermediate/Advanced knowledge** of S10 system (Desirable). * **Intermediate/Advanced knowledge** of Sperant CRM (Desirable).
