





**Job Description:** Design, implement, and ensure the academic excellence of CEAR LATINOAMERICANO's training programs, guaranteeing their alignment with institutional standards, current regulations, and the professional market demands in law and engineering. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, supervise, and evaluate the curricular design of continuing education academic programs. * Coordinate with instructors and specialists on academic and methodological programming. * Supervise content, educational materials, and assessments, ensuring alignment with Law No. 32069, Legislative Decree No. 1071, and current regulations. * Ensure compliance with schedules, quality indicators, and participant satisfaction. * Lead pedagogical innovation, accreditation, and certification processes. * Coordinate with the marketing department on communication of new programs and recruitment strategies. * Evaluate instructor performance and promote continuous improvement of the academic team. * Issue periodic reports on academic results and improvement proposals. **Key Competencies** * Strong command of educational management and regulations regarding continuing education. * Up-to-date knowledge in arbitration, public procurement, or administrative law. * Leadership, planning, and decision-making skills. * Effective communication, results orientation, and collaborative work. * High ethical standards and commitment to academic excellence. **Requirements** * Lawyer or Law graduate with demonstrable experience in education, public management, or arbitration. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in academic management at higher education institutions or arbitration centers. * Familiarity with virtual learning environments (LMS, Zoom, Moodle, Q10, etc.). **Working Hours:** \- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm \- Saturdays (2 per month): 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 per month Work location: On-site
