**Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and prepare **samples of new chemical developments**, ensuring formulation quality and stability. * Adjust and optimize formulations in coordination with the immediate supervisor and technical department. * Document results, prepare technical reports for laboratory testing, and support project information management. * Analyze **raw materials, inputs, packaging, and technical proposals** for the development of **new chemical products.** * Develop **new products and improvements to existing processes**, ensuring efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. * Create **process flowcharts at the laboratory level** to support industrial scale-up. * Execute and document **pilot and industrial trials**, including measurement of times and critical parameters at each stage. * Conduct **resistance, stacking, and performance tests** on new developments and packaging. * Comply with **industrial safety, quality, and environmental regulations** throughout all work stages. * Perform other duties assigned by management, aimed at supporting innovation and process control. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or Technical degree in **Chemical Engineering, Pure Chemistry, Engineering** **Food Science, Pharmaceutical Chemistry** or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year of experience in development, control, or improvement of industrial chemical products** (preferably in companies within the sector). * Basic knowledge in **formulation, technical regulations, process scale-up, and quality testing**. * Analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and results orientation. * Ability to coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and commercial departments. * Proactive attitude, teamwork, and commitment to continuous improvement.
