Because the challenges you'll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and attributions** * Provide remote support for all PC and peripheral equipment * Resolve hardware and software incidents on-site * Support incidents related to base software * Preparation, installation, configuration, and replacement of computing equipment * Equipment cloning, user data backup * Equipment customization and data restoration * Prepare equipment for delivery to providers and users * First-line printer support * Reporting * Software usage control **Requirements and qualifications** * Professional with completed technical studies in systems, computer science, industrial, logistics or similar fields. * Knowledge of ITIL Foundation (desirable but not mandatory) * Familiarity with agile methodologies (desirable) * 1 to 2 years of professional experience. * Technical knowledge in HW (desirable) * Intermediate level of EXCEL. * Knowledge of TKTS management tools (desirable) * Knowledge of SCCM and Intune, and manual vulnerability remediation (desirable) Are you looking for a place where your ideas can shine?
