If you share our bold mindset of being the best in our class, we want you with us \#wewantyouIN. **Your future role** Provide support in managing service operations. **Responsibilities*** Support the Service Coordinator and Project Managers in enabling and onboarding Field Engineers at customer sites for service execution, visits, etc. * Maintain constant communication with external suppliers for technical and administrative staff onboarding. * Interact with Project Managers, Field Engineers, and various organizational departments. * Receive and review service purchase orders. * Prepare SOLCOMs for services provided to factories, external suppliers, etc. * Coordinate with the logistics department for sending orders to suppliers (factories, international and local suppliers, etc.) * Send safety documentation (PET and IPERC) to specialists for completion and consult necessary tools and support technicians required for service initiation. * Coordinate the purchase of flight tickets. * Coordinate and execute land transportation for scheduled services. * Collect documentation from specialists to initiate service invoicing. * Verify commercial order closure for final invoicing. * Coordinate and ensure specialist onboarding for field services. * Coordinate and schedule medical exams and specialist consultations with the medical department. * Coordinate and schedule corresponding induction and safety training courses for field specialist onboarding. * Keep the customer database updated with information on administrative field specialists. * Schedule and coordinate technical/administrative site visits. * Monitor compliance with activities scheduled in the SharePoint task calendar. * Develop KPIs for onboarding and monthly service projections. Calibration of equipment and tools used in the field. * Control fixed assets, tools, and equipment used for services. * Update the database for fixed asset entry and exit records. **Your profile** * University student in the ninth or tenth semester of Industrial Engineering * Desired experience in service areas and/or customer service * Office software skills (Word, intermediate Excel) * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency * Proficiency in PowerBI and Microsoft Project **Are you ready to drive the future with us?
