We are seeking a Project Administrator Professional in Lima to strengthen our electrical project management team, ensuring proper planning, control, and monitoring of initiatives in electrical substations and automation systems. This role is ideal for engineering professionals who combine technical knowledge with organizational ability, attention to detail, and passion for high-impact projects. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Support the planning, monitoring, and control of electrical projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Manage technical documentation, reports, and project progress updates. * Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on tasks with internal teams, contractors, and customers. * Administer personnel and resource mobilization across various execution sites. * Support risk management, material logistics, and communication with suppliers and technical partners. * Develop project performance dashboards and KPIs using Excel or Power BI. * Utilize project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera to ensure traceability and efficiency. **What do we expect from you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Mechatronic-Electrical Engineering. * 2–3 years of experience supporting or coordinating electrical or automation projects related to electrical substations. * Field experience (highly valued). * Knowledge of control systems, automation, electrical substations, and control and protection equipment. * Intermediate or upper-intermediate English (B1–B2). * Proficiency in project management tools: MS Project / Primavera / Excel (intermediate or advanced); Power BI is desirable. * Key competencies: Decision Making, Driving for Results, Customer Focus, Execution, Driving Innovation. * Willingness to travel and coordinate projects across various regions of the country. **Why join Siemens?** At Siemens, you will become part of a global technology leader driving electrification, automation, and digitalization of future infrastructure.
