Job Summary: Design and implement end-to-end (E2E) validation processes for External Plant deliverables, managing quality and tracking fiber-optic projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the design and implementation of E2E validation processes. 2. Manage deliverable quality and optimize project management. 3. Promote quality, safety, and environmental standards at External Plant. With over 14 years of experience in the telecommunications field, our presence spans **Chile, Peru, and Colombia**, backed by extensive expertise in **installations and engineering**. We have established ourselves as a leading company in this sector, delivering comprehensive solutions to our clients. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Design and implement the **E2E validation process for External Plant deliverables**, defining workflows, responsibilities, criteria, and response times. * Manage and monitor the **Site Folders backlog**, prioritizing review and closure. * Monitor the quality of deliverables from **suppliers/contractors**, identifying recurring observations and managing corrective actions. * Track management indicators such as **% of observations, first-review approval rate, aging, response times, and backlog evolution**. * Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to **resolve observations** and meet established deadlines. * Monitor project progress, contractor performance, incidents, and **SLA compliance**. * Propose improvements and standardization of criteria, processes, and service levels to optimize deliverable management. * Coordinate with clients and internal departments for **review and validation of the final product** prior to delivery. * Promote compliance with applicable **quality, safety, and environmental standards** for External Plant activities. **What We Are Looking For:** * Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. * 3 years of experience in implementing or deploying projects involving **fiber optics and External Plant**. * Knowledge of project, supplier, and contractor management. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Excel and PowerPoint**. * Familiarity with **MS Project/Planner** is desirable. * Basic English proficiency. * **Availability for semi-presential work** (Lima), Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. **What We Value:** * Commitment to work quality. * Teamwork. * Flexibility and adaptability. * Results orientation. * Innovation and creativity. **What We Offer:** * Work modality: Hybrid. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Contract type: Temporary fee-for-service contract for 4 months.
