Supervise compliance with the concession contract. 2\. Explain the terms and conditions of the concession contract to executives and stakeholders to ensure proper implementation. 3\. Analyze risks associated with specific contractual terms, ensuring an action plan is in place to minimize them. 4\. Ensure all deadlines and conditions described in the contract are met (e.g., payments, information submissions, etc.) 5\. Maintain continuous contact with stakeholders related to the concession contract. 6\. Ensure contractors comply with the requirements of the concession contract. 7\.
