Postgraduate degree in Project Management and/or Construction Management and/or Construction Direction and/or Road Engineering and/or Cost and Budget Management and/or Project Control. Course in Earned Value Management and/or Lean Construction and/or FIDIC Contract Management. **Experience:** 10 years of general professional experience after graduation or diploma issuance (for foreign professionals) in similar and/or equivalent projects. 5 years of specific experience in roles as Head and/or Coordinator and/or Supervisor and/or Manager and/or Officer and/or any combination of these positions in: Technical Office and/or Cost Estimation and/or Budgeting and/or Valuation and/or Project Settlement and/or Site Supervision and/or Contract Valuation and/or Cost Control and Scheduling and/or Engineering Office and/or Project Cost Estimation and/or Cost and Budgeting and/or Cost and Valuation and/or Cost and Quantity Surveying and/or Cost, Budgeting and Valuation and/or Cost, Quantity Surveying and Budgeting, in similar and/or equivalent projects.
