This is our way of developing mining—always adapting to change with committed, inspired, and continuously growing professionals. **Join Nexa and become part of the mining that moves with the world!** **\#womentalentinmining** **Responsibilities and Attributes** * Design and implement the social management plan, conflict management strategy, and engagement approach with key stakeholders, conducting an updated mapping of these stakeholders. * Manage the matrix of social commitments established in environmental management instruments (EMIs) as well as those voluntarily adopted with interest groups, ensuring compliance. * Propose, lead, and monitor corporate social responsibility projects within the Unit, ensuring achievement of goals, indicators, and budget targets. * Design and implement the corporate volunteering program. * Execute annual volunteering activities. * Manage the department’s budget. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Professional degree in Administration, Law, Industrial Relations, Sociology, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum of 05 years of experience in Social Management within mining companies, including leadership experience managing teams. * Experience in community participation within environmental management instruments. * Specialization in Negotiation or conflict resolution. * Desirable: Master's degree in Social Management or related disciplines. * Desirable: Knowledge of Quechua, English, and/or Portuguese. **Additional Information** * Mining Unit: El Porvenir and Atacocha (Pasco Complex) * Work schedule: 14 days on, 7 days off (14x7) At NEXA, we work in a diverse environment where people feel free to be themselves.
