**Description:** Restaurant located in Miraflores (Lima), specializing in northern Peruvian cuisine, is seeking a dynamic, proactive, punctual, and responsible young individual with the ability to work as part of a team to fill the position of PART-TIME BARTENDER ASSISTANT. Minimum one year of proven experience in restaurants and/or hotels. Availability to work four (04) days per week, including holidays. Hours: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Must reside near Miraflores. Must possess a health certificate issued by the Municipality of Metropolitan Lima or Surquillo. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Carry out mise en place and daily production. Prepare beverages and cocktails according to company recipes and customer orders. Taste prepared cocktails hygienically without contaminating the product. Request supplies (fruits, beverages, etc.) from the appropriate personnel for subsequent receipt. Conduct daily beverage inventory. Maintain impeccable personal appearance and wear uniform. (Men: short hair, short nails). Label all perishable products. Stock refrigeration equipment with beverages. Be responsible for assets assigned. **REQUIREMENTS:** Gender: Male.
