





The Local Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project activities on the ground, coordinating with local partners and facilitating the implementation of activities with youth teams. They will play a key role in operational coordination, pedagogical follow-up, and community management. **Profile:** * Graduate in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Social Management, or related fields. * Experience in social, educational, or community projects. * Knowledge of community intervention and work with adolescents. * Ability to coordinate with local stakeholders (schools, municipalities, organizations). * Knowledge of entrepreneurship, design thinking, and project management. * Proficient in digital tools and communication. * Must reside in Arequipa **Responsibilities:** * Support coordination with educational institutions and local partners in carrying out activities. * Accompany and advise mentors of youth teams in implementing their initiatives. * Provide support in logistics, outreach, and conducting workshops, fairs, and mentorship sessions. * Prepare progress reports and systematization of experiences. * Promote active participation of the community and local support networks. * Maintain constant communication with the central team of América Solidaria Perú.
