REQUIREMENTS \- Completed secondary education or technical studies. \- Experience in customer service. \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions (restaurant industry). \- Meet personal presentation and hygiene standards. \- Full availability to work rotating shifts with one day off per week. (M\-S) II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES \- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors from the moment they enter until they leave the store. \- Guide guests by answering their questions about the menu and making recommendations upon request. \- Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate order details to kitchen staff as needed. \- Inform customers about any special offers and promotions. \- Update and sell additional products when appropriate. \- Inspect dishes and kitchen utensils for dents or damage to prevent customers from having a negative impression. \- Ensure guests receive a warm welcome, enjoy their meals, and promptly resolve any issues that arise. \- Maintain proper organization of the dining area. \- Attend regular product and customer service training sessions. \- Perform any other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
