Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician with knowledge in electricity, masonry, plumbing, and painting for equipment and area inspection and preventive maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance in various areas of the hotel 2. Positive work environment 3. Timely payments CORE COMPETENCIES Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of electricity. Intermediate knowledge of electricity, masonry, plumbing, and painting. - Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Day off: Wednesday or Sunday (subject to company requirements) JOB DESCRIPTION - Inspects assigned hotel equipment and areas. - Performs preventive maintenance tasks. - Carries out repair orders according to the established schedule. - Other duties and responsibilities inherent to the position.
