Position Purpose: Ensure efficient management of telephone collection calls for donation recovery, increasing contributions, and providing empathetic customer service to donors, thereby contributing to the sustainability of the organization's social programs. Likewise, deliver quality service that strengthens the relationship between donors and WVP's mission. What challenges do we have for you? * Make telemarketing calls for donor acquisition, their affiliation via payment gateway, and achieve donor acquisition and conversion targets. * Participate in special in-person activities as needed for face-to-face donor acquisition and affiliation according to identified opportunities, meeting donor acquisition and conversion targets according to established standards. * Ensure data quality during the donor acquisition process and proper completion of templates. Likewise, register all information in Hubspot. * Maintain daily tracking and monitoring of established goals. We would like you to have the following requirements: * Desired experience in donor acquisition/fundraising within the NGO sector. * Experience in telephone and field sales; preferably in intangible products and/or life insurance. * Desired experience in customer service. * Availability to work in Lima.
