We are looking for a Travel Agent for our agency, with previous experience in the tourism sector. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-oriented, and possess strong negotiation skills to provide the best travel services and solutions to our clients. *TRAVEL AGENT / NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COUNTER* **Requirements**Graduate of Technical or University programs in Administration, Hospitality and Tourism, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years proven experience making air ticket reservations at travel agencies. * Experience selling national and international tour packages, preferably to Europe and the Middle East. * Proficiency in GDS Amadeus, Sabre, and office software systems. * Ticket issuance. * Social media management. * Knowledge of national and international destinations. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Desired qualities: dynamism, proactivity, responsibility, organization, positive attitude, results orientation, among others. * Customer-focused with the ability to work under pressure. **Responsibilities** * Serve customers in person, by phone, and via social media by providing information, quotations, reservations, and closing sales for national and international tour packages. * Quote, issue, and reissue airline tickets using travel platforms GDS Sabre and Amadeus; follow up on travel plans. * Quote and reserve hotels and car rentals. * Adhere to internal and client procedures for completing sales. * Use various communication platforms to send quotes and monitor stages of the sales process. * Address customer inquiries and maintain a positive attitude. * Meet established sales targets; prepare work reports and inform supervisors. **Benefits** * Competitive salary and additional incentives. * Opportunities for professional and career growth. * Continuous training and support for skill development. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
