RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Set up tables. \- Collect glassware, dishware, and bottles from tables. \- Polish cutlery and dishware. Maintain order and cleanliness of assigned areas by the waiter during opening and closing shifts. \- Maintain stock of sauces, napkins, and service utensils. \- Restock and organize stations and/or auxiliary tables.
