Responsibilities: * Provide personalized and friendly attention to passengers within the VIP lounge regarding all products they can consume inside the lounge or the services available. * Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring tables are properly arranged. * Maintain cleanliness and impeccable presentation of dining areas. * Help set up and restock buffet or bar stations. * Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure an efficient and high-quality experience. * Always comply with service and hospitality protocols. Requirements: * Completed university or technical studies in Tourism Management, Gastronomy, or related fields (mandatory). * Intermediate English proficiency. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles in restaurants, hotels, or VIP lounges. * Teamwork, customer orientation, effective communication, flexibility, and positive attitude.
