Be part of a top-tier gastronomic experience **JOIN ONE OF PERU'S MOST EXCLUSIVE CLUBS** Lima Marina Club, a benchmark first-class club in the country, established as Peru's first world-class marina and recognized for its high functionality, exclusivity, quality, and distinction, is currently seeking talent to complement our team for the position of: **CHEF** **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Gastronomy. * Knowledge of culinary techniques. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Familiarity with culinary terminology and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Responsibilities:** · Prepare mise en place according to specialty prior to service. · Prepare à la carte dishes (appetizers, cold dishes, hot dishes, sauces, etc.) assigned by the Area Head. · Prepare hors d'oeuvres according to specialty for events. · Record required supplies for each shift’s service and report information to the Kitchen Manager. · Collect requested supplies and/or merchandise from the warehouse the day before or prior to service. · Verify correct storage temperatures of products in accordance with GMP standards. · Maintain daily Kardex records, including quantities and items in the kitchen warehouse under your responsibility. **Schedule:** * Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. * One day off per week. **We Offer:** * 100% covered meals. * Commuting allowance. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits — effective from day one. * Opportunity to join a solid, prestigious, and growing company.
