We are experiencing sustained growth and are seeking to hire an **Operations Coordinator for DCs**, responsible for ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with logistical processes in our **Fixed Distribution Centers**. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate the necessary **human and material resources** for receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch operations. * Supervise the performance of **operational personnel and CD supervisors**, ensuring goal achievement and productivity standards. * Execute **operational and control procedures**, coordinating with **Logistics and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)** departments. * Monitor **inventory accuracy and internal movements**, managing incidents and verifying deviation resolution. * Prepare **control reports, indicators, and operational analysis** for continuous improvement. * Travel to different **assigned CDs in southern and central Lima** for direct supervision. **Requirements** * Graduate with a technical or university degree in **Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields**. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in operational coordination, warehouses, or distribution centers. * **Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office** and **advanced Excel skills** (pivot tables, formulas, KPIs, and reports). * Leadership ability, effective communication, and capacity to work under pressure. * Possession of a **personal vehicle and valid driver's license A1 or higher**. * **Residence in Lima (preferably in southern or central zones)** or districts with easy access to Villa El Salvador, Chorrillos, Santa Anita, or Lurín. **We Offer** * Direct **full payroll inclusion**, with all statutory benefits. * **Career advancement opportunities** within a solid and expanding company. * **Dynamic, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment.** * Continuous training in **operational management, leadership, and logistics control.** **Workplace** Distribution Centers located in Villa El Salvador, Chorrillos, Santa Anita, Punta Hermosa, and Punta Negra.
