Transportation company requires to incorporate into its Control Tower team the following position: GPS Operator - Night. **AVAILABLE SHIFT:** Schedule 19:00 Hrs to 07:00 Hrs. 2 days off between Mon-Fri **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or ongoing Technical/University studies in Administration, Computing, Logistics, Transportation or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in transportation. * Knowledge of GPS monitoring platforms and Google Maps. * Intermediate level in Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor in real-time the movement of units nationwide through the GPS platform, ensuring compliance with scheduled routes. * Verify the status and location of units in transit, coordinating any deviations or operational alerts. * Report timely arrivals of units to their final destination via the traceability system. * Generate QR codes to ensure proper handling of units at plants and warehouses. * Record relevant events on the platform (entries, exits, delays, stand by, deviations, alerts, unauthorized stops, incidents, among others). * Validate and correctly assign portable GPS devices to units prior to the start of operations. * Maintain direct contact with CDs, drivers and carriers, providing guidance for inquiries and situations on route. * Report incidents or critical events, escalating cases requiring supervision or managerial intervention.
