Focus on Quality, Safety, and Environment **LOGISMINSA**, a company specialized in logistics\-mining services, is currently seeking a **Multi-Operator (Excavator, Crawler Tractor, Motor Grader).** ✅ **Job Mission:** Contribute to the construction, implementation, and maintenance of storage infrastructure with Quality, Safety, and environmental care, ensuring service continuity and the productive supply chain process. **Main Responsibilities:** * General operation of heavy machinery and construction \- maintenance vehicles: **Motor Grader, Excavator, Crawler Tractor**, Front-end Loader, Backhoe Loader, Skid-steer Loader, Dump Truck, Concrete Mixer Truck, Water Tanker Truck. * Perform motor grader operations for embankment\-platform formation, road maintenance, and access road construction (scarifying, grading, compacting material, and finishing/grading roads or platforms). * Execute earthmoving operations using excavators (cutting, loading), with knowledge of slope formation, berms, access roads, roads, and quarry material production. * Conduct earthmoving operations using dump trucks for transporting material, loading and unloading granular, compacted, and quarry stone material at various accumulation points within the warehouse. * Perform loading operations into dump trucks using front-end loaders; support quarry material production (screening, mobile screening, crushing plant); and assist in material and tool mobilization. * Operate the Concrete Mixer Truck to produce concrete mixtures and transport them to different warehouse zones. * Perform compaction of roads, surfaces, and platforms using a Vibratory Roller, complying with finish standards. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * **Class A2B License** * Minimum 2 years’ experience operating Motor Graders, Excavators, Tractors, Front-end Loaders, Backhoe Loaders, Skid-steer Loaders, Dump Trucks, Concrete Mixer Trucks, and Water Tanker Trucks * Availability to work Monday through Saturday **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. // Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Benefits** * Full payroll registration from day one. * 100% covered meals. * Commuter bus service. * Corporate benefits.
