A leading company in the sale of Christmas gift baskets is looking for a Warehouse Manager, a graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, to oversee the entire process of receiving, controlling, and delivering products. - Seasonal work from September to December **Main Functions:** * **Receiving and verification:** Receives, verifies, and confirms incoming goods, equipment, and materials, ensuring they match purchase orders. * **Stock Control:** Maintains accurate inventory records, performs periodic stock counts, and requests new orders when necessary. * **Warehouse Organization:** Organizes warehouse space logically and efficiently, zoning goods to facilitate their location. * **Goods Flow:** Supervises the entire supply flow, from goods receipt to final delivery to the recipient. * **Dispatch Management:** Coordinates and authorizes the selection of goods for subsequent delivery to internal departments. * **Coordination:** Works closely with purchasing and procurement departments to ensure proper supply. * **Documentation:** Maintains updated records and files of documentation related to transactions, such as invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders. * **Reporting: Prepare** daily, periodic, and monthly reports on warehouse activities, including receipts, shipments, stock levels, and propose improvement actions. * **Process Monitoring:** Ensures proper operation of storage processes by using computer systems and complying with established procedures. * **Personnel Supervision:** Leads and supervises warehouse staff, managing their work schedules and performance. * **Safety and Maintenance:** Implements and enforces health and safety regulations, including risk prevention plans and correct use of protective equipment. * **Training and Development:** Trains and instructs assigned personnel on warehouse functions and procedures.
