Policlinico requires a FEMALE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OPERATOR, between 25 and 40 years of age, with a minimum of 02 years of experience in the public and/or private sector, to work part-time; must have good interpersonal skills, kindness, and preferably reside in areas adjacent to the district of Magdalena del Mar. PROFILE: 1\. Demonstrate receptiveness and comprehension toward given instructions, ability to communicate clearly, as well as the capacity to focus on the company's needs, providing a high level of service. 2\. Willingness, adaptability to work, responsibility, and reliability. 3\. Maintain a positive and courteous attitude at all times. 4\. Exercise discretion regarding documents or files of interest to the company. 5\. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6\. Maintain organization, attention, control, and cleanliness at all times; responsibility when following a cleaning and maintenance plan. 7\. Be capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic and active environment. 8\. Exercise special care when handling cleaning products or tools. 9\. Manual and visual skill and dexterity for using cleaning tools. 10\. Possess sufficient flexibility and agility. FUNCTIONS: 1\. Perform cleaning of floors, common areas, stairs, furniture, and glass (maintenance, dusting, sweeping, mopping, polishing, etc.) comprehensively across different environments. 2\. Carry out constant cleaning services in restrooms to maintain an appropriate environment for users and/or company staff. 3\. Control assigned cleaning materials stored in an appropriate location for safekeeping. 4\. Restock materials such as toilet paper, soap, etc. 5\. Check and monitor water supply service availability. 6\. Waste disposal. 7\. Equipment maintenance. 8\. Assist and advise visitors on facility care. 9\. Other duties assigned related to the position.
