An engineering company is looking for a JUNIOR DESIGNER for SURCO. Requirements: * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications Sciences or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in audiovisual production and graphic design. * Intermediate to advanced level in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, CANVA and OBS. * Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends. * WordPress knowledge (uploading and editing graphic content) * Familiarity with Google Ads * Efficient time management. * Must have personal equipment required for tasks (laptop and mobile phone). * Availability for home office initially and later on-site from Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturdays from 8am to 11am in Santiago de Surco-Lima (Ref. Universidad Ricardo Palma). Responsibilities: * Design graphic content for digital publications, campaigns, print materials, branding and institutional presentations. * Support additional tasks requested by the marketing assistant or marketing coordinator. * Present material and resource requirements for each budget period to the Marketing Coordinator. * Create, adapt and retouch visual assets for social media, websites, WhatsApp Business and advertising platforms. * Design materials for Google Ads and programmatic media. * Edit images and videos for various formats (social media, web, physical). * Document internal and external events, teams or deliveries through photography or video. * Coordinate the visual line for webinars, fairs, events or activations. * Provide visual support for loyalty campaigns, product launches or promotions. * Develop and update digital profiles and commercial catalogs. * Submit monthly reports on the visual performance of assigned social media channels, including analysis of visuals, engagement and visual impact. * Participate in creative meetings and contribute graphic proposals aligned with target audience. * Ensure proper application of visual identity across all channels. * Meet deadlines and requirements established by the marketing team. * Other activities assigned by immediate supervisor.
