(Desirable). · Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook. (Mandatory). · Strong gastronomic knowledge. · Availability to work in Santiago de Surco. **SKILLS:** · High sense of responsibility, commitment, and punctuality. · Proactive, creative attitude and ability to work in a team. · Excellent communication skills. · Ability to work under pressure. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Ensure the area is supplied before starting duties. · Keep inventory of all products entering, stored, and leaving the area. · Maintain order, hygiene, and cleanliness of the work area. · Prepare dishes requested during the shift. · Always prioritize presentation and quality of dishes. · Respect ingredient weights according to established recipes. · Respect waste limits and record them honestly and transparently. · Periodically assist in implementing new recipes or improving existing ones. · Check and safeguard the integrity of equipment assigned to the area.
