Job Summary: We are seeking a creative professional to produce digital content, videos, and graphic materials, ensuring brand consistency across an expanding e-commerce ecosystem. Key Highlights: 1. Video creation and editing for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. 2. Creative participation in content (on-camera appearance, voice-over, acting). 3. Career growth path within a creative and expanding team. Grupo Unaluka is a rapidly growing e-commerce and logistics ecosystem with a global vision. We operate three brands: - Unaluka Global: cross-border e-commerce bringing products from around the world to Peru. - Unaluka com: e-commerce platform for globally trending products, available either in stock or on order. - Aztra: aspirational brand focused on personal care and lifestyle jewelry in LATAM. We are a continuously expanding company with a startup culture, creative focus, and high-performing team. Responsibilities: - Propose and execute a creative content calendar aligned with current trends. - Produce and edit videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. - Cover events and activations alongside the Marketing team. - Participate creatively in content (on-camera appearance, voice-over, acting as required by the reel context). - Write social media copy and blog posts. - Ensure consistent brand Look & Feel across all digital channels. - Design and adapt graphic assets for campaigns, promotions, and product launches. - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, and Content teams to ensure visual consistency. Requirements: - Student, technical trainee, or graduate in Design, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. - Basic/intermediate proficiency in Adobe Premiere. - Knowledge of digital formats (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, etc.). - High creativity and initiative. - Adaptability to change. - Teamwork skills. - Immediate availability. - Portfolio of previous work required.
