You will be responsible for consolidating HR data into a reliable repository, ensuring regulatory compliance in related processes, and generating advanced analytics to support the company’s strategic decision-making. **HOW WILL YOU CREATE VALUE IN YOUR ROLE?** **Data Governance and Compliance** * Design, implement, and oversee HR data governance policies and standards. * Ensure data quality, consistency, and security within SAP and related systems. * Guarantee traceability and accuracy of data used in payroll, headcount, and benefits processes. * Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring availability of reliable data. **People Analytics and Strategic Reporting** * Design and maintain executive dashboards (Power BI, SAP Analytics, Tableau) for key indicators: labor cost, headcount, turnover, absenteeism, vacations, overtime. * Develop predictive analytics models (turnover, cost overrun risks, absenteeism) to anticipate decisions. * Create data storytelling for HR Management and present actionable insights to the Executive Committee. * Drive the transition toward a self\-service information model for leaders. **Integration and Strategic Support** * Coordinate with the payroll team (Payroll Coordinator and Compliance) to ensure operational data integrity. * Collaborate with Compensation and Personnel Administration to align data with management metrics. * Serve as the internal HR reference on corporate Data \& Analytics initiatives. **\#WENEEDYOURTALENT** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Systems Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in People Analytics, Data Governance, or HRIS roles. * Experience in Payroll, HR Data, and Dashboards. * Advanced Excel skills. * Advanced Power BI proficiency. * Intermediate SQL knowledge. * Experience with Sap Success Factors. * Proficiency in R or Python is desirable. * Knowledge in: + Data Governance. + Data Quality. + PLAME. + AFPNet. **\#WeProduceCopperWeProduceTalent** **Advertised:** 03 Oct 2025 SA Pacific Standard Time **Applications close:** 19 Oct 2025 SA Pacific Standard Time
