We are looking for a Full Stack Technical Leader Requirements **Education and Certifications** * University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems or related fields. * Certifications in relevant technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe). **Experience** * Experience in designing and overseeing complex technical architectures, including microservices and web infrastructure. * Competence in load testing, performance optimization, and troubleshooting web services. * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure. * Experience in full\-stack development, with proficiency in languages such as Node.js, Java, JavaScript, HTML, Ruby, or Scala. * Extensive experience with React and Angular in front\-end, and Java, J2EE, and Spring in back\-end. * Advanced knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, and Redis databases. * Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD processes. * Skill in designing and maintaining scalable and robust APIs. * Experience in large-scale SaaS application development and agile/scrum methodologies. * Ability to motivate and guide development teams, resolve conflicts, and make strategic decisions. * Capability to diagnose complex technical issues and optimize systems. **Key Tools** Git, Jira, Jenkins, Docker, Confluence, among others. Responsibilities * **Define technical strategy:** Design and oversee architectures ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
