To learn more about us and our culture, visit our website: https://www.lasbambas.com/en **WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU FACE?** Develop and manage early warning systems based on timely communication of processed information to management and/or users regarding any event that threatens people, operational processes, equipment, assets, or the company's reputation, in accordance with the policies, procedures, and regulations of Minera Las Bambas, with the objective of maintaining normal operational activities. **HOW WILL YOU CREATE VALUE FROM YOUR ROLE?** * Conduct analysis and presentations on sociopolitical situations through information processing derived from data collection related to specific or general missions assigned by management. * Manage early warnings and previously verify their accuracy through data searches across information channels and sources. * Maintain a record of early warnings by date and area. These must be properly registered in an Internal Protection system and backed up on an external drive (“Backups”) with internal security measures. * Promote inter-institutional relationships with representatives of public entities in the area of influence interacting with Internal Protection through field visits. * Register and manage all reports in an automated, integrated, and secure system. * Conduct and lead investigations into violations and/or attacks against company assets through established investigation procedures and due diligence. **\#WESEEKYOURTALENT** * Graduate of military forces and/or PNP, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Desired specialization in Intelligence and counterintelligence and/or Information analysis. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar functions and/or positions. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office (essential). * Intermediate proficiency in Corel Draw (desirable). * Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Premiere (desirable). * Intermediate proficiency in Power Director (desirable). * Intermediate proficiency in SAP (desirable). * Intermediate level English language skills (desirable). * Intermediate spoken Quechua language skills (desirable). * Class AII driver's license (desirable). * Knowledge in: + Information management. + Human rights. + Peruvian labor legal framework. + Voluntary principles. **\#WeProduceCopperWeProduceTalent** **Advertised:** 22 Sep 2025 SA Pacific Standard Time **Applications close:** 19 Oct 2025 SA Pacific Standard Time
