We are a Nikkei restaurant located in the district of Miraflores. We are looking for a junior Itamae with experience in preparing sushi, sashimi, and Nikkei cuisine. Your responsibilities will include: Preparation of maki rolls, sushi, and sashimi. Control of fresh supplies to ensure they meet the company's required standards. Compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). We value the following qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience making maki rolls. Proactivity, discipline, and teamwork.
