We are seeking to incorporate a female candidate into our team for the position of **Junior** Occupational Safety and Health Preventionist, who will ensure compliance with safety and health policies and regulations. FUNCTIONS * Identify hazards within the work area, assess risks, and implement control measures. * Carry out contingency controls in case of fire or any natural disaster that may occur. * Conduct scheduled inspections of facilities, machinery, and work equipment. * Schedule occupational medical examinations for workers. * Organize talks, training sessions, and drills for staff regarding safety aspects and upcoming activities. * Manage and develop safety tools (IPERC, ATS, PETAR, PETS) and methods for risk assessment. * Supervise compliance with risk analysis controls for activities. * Carry out follow-up on preventive and corrective actions. * Prepare, review, and update safety and health documentation. * Supervise field technicians to verify their safety. * Coordinate with supervision regarding planned activities. * Inform workers about potential hazards related to their tasks. * Annually update occupational risk prevention measures. * Guide workers in completing safety documents (PETAR, ATS). * Manage certifications and audits. * Schedule various talks, awareness campaigns, or trainings related to SSOMA for all personnel working at the company. REQUIREMENTS: * Female, Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related fields, or technical certification in SST. * Certified in SSOMA. * Certified in high-risk operations (working at heights, confined spaces, hot work, and/or electrical risk). * Knowledge of certifications and audits. * Familiarity with safety management and national/international regulations. * Experience in high-risk operations (heights, hot work, confined spaces, electrical risk, and lifting). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the role. * Must reside in areas adjacent to Huachipa (ATE, SANTA CLARA, CHOSICA, HUAYCAN).
