Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Front-End and WordPress Developer to design, maintain, and optimize websites, landing pages, and marketing infrastructure, integrating analytics and CRM to drive business growth. Key Highlights: 1. Develops and maintains responsive, high-performance websites. 2. Creates and customizes WordPress websites, including themes and functionality. 3. The Senior Front\-End and WordPress Developer will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing websites, landing pages, and marketing technology infrastructure. This role combines front\-end development, WordPress customization, web analytics implementation, and CRM integrations to contribute to business growth and marketing initiative performance. This position is not limited solely to website creation. The ideal candidate must be able to develop responsive, high-performance websites and landing pages, as well as implement necessary tracking and measurement to accurately assess marketing results. This includes configuring tracking, attribution, conversion events, tracking pixels, analytics tools, and cross-platform integrations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain websites and landing pages adaptable to various devices. * Create and customize WordPress websites, including themes and functionality. * Convert Figma designs into functional web pages. * Optimize website performance, SEO, and user experience. * Configure and maintain analytics and conversion tracking tools. * Verify tracking functionality on advertising platforms and marketing tools. * Integrate websites with CRM, APIs, and third-party tools. * Manage deployment, maintenance, and documentation of websites on Azure and GitLab. * Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Development teams to implement improvements and resolve incidents. * Conduct testing of websites, forms, and integrations prior to publication. * Identify and resolve technical issues related to performance, integrations, and analytics. * Manage multiple projects, maintain up-to-date technical documentation, and propose process improvements. **Requirements:** * 4–6 years of experience in front\-end and WordPress development. * Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development. * Experience creating and customizing WordPress themes, templates, and plugins. * Experience implementing Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), and conversion tracking. * Knowledge of integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, APIs, and third-party tools. * Familiarity with GitLab or other version control systems. * Knowledge of Azure hosting environments. * Ability to troubleshoot technical and integration issues. * Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. **Benefits:** * Join a global, fast-growing company with presence in 4 countries. * Professional development and growth opportunities in an international environment. * Multicultural teams and global projects. * Flexible schedules and hybrid work model, enabling a healthy work–life balance. * Competitive market-aligned salary. * Full employment benefits from day one, including formal payroll registration and job stability. * Excellent work environment featuring timely payments, growth opportunities, and weekend rest.
