DESCRIPTION We are looking for a **Senior Python Developer** to work with an important international client. You will have the opportunity to create the Python Develoment Area in Perú. What You'll be Doing * Learn all you can about our existing system and applications * Design, code, test, and maintain software applications and systems * Develop software solutions that meet the needs of end\-users and stakeholders * Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code * Debug and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues * Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans, including unit, integration, and system testing * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date documentation of code, processes, and project\-related information * Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers * Mentoring team members, assisting with onboarding new team members * Collaborating with team members remotely and in different time zones * Stay up\-to\-date with industry trends and emerging technologies REQUIREMENTS Required skills and experience: * **7\- 10 years of experience creating, extending, and maintaining software web applications** * **5\+ years of Python experience** * **5\+ years of Git experience, ideally with GitHub** * **5\+ years of Linux command line experience** * **5\+ year experience integrating or creating one of REST, Web, or GraphQL APIs** *Desirable:* * *3\+ years AWS Cloud experience* * *CI/CD pipeline experience, ideally with CircleCI* * *SQL familiarity; you can handle code moderately complex SQL queries, but only when needed* * Django framework experience is ideal but not necessary, Flask or FastAPI would be beneficial as an alternative * Strong and demonstrated data modeling experience with attention to detail * **Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal** * Ability to write documentation clearly and concisely, and to communicate well with non\-technical stakeholders * Understanding of common application stacks (nginx, uwsgi, etc. * Knowledge of web standards; excitement about new technologies The work is Hybrid 3x2 in Miraflores
