The supervisor will focus on achieving established objectives, will have access to confidential information, and will contribute to shaping Las Bambas' decisions within their scope of work, aligned with our corporate values, the Heart Las Bambas social management model, and Code of Conduct. **HOW WILL YOU CREATE VALUE FROM YOUR ROLE?** * Supervise and co-lead dialogue and negotiation processes in alignment with the implementation of the Social Management Plan according to the Heart Las Bambas model and other instruments, ensuring social viability for the production, transportation, and exploration operations of Minera Las Bambas. * Supervise and co-lead the planning, strategy proposal, and management of dialogue and negotiation processes with communities, interest groups, socio-political actors, districts, and provinces, contributing to the achievement of Minera Las Bambas’ business objectives related to mining production, logistical and concentrate transportation, and exploration and business growth. * Manage social risks through dialogue and negotiation strategies. * Co-lead the assessment, analysis, and intervention in the prevention of social conflicts and dialogue tables, coordinating with internal departments of Minera Las Bambas. * Strategically analyze mapping, power relations, and political and social leadership within the areas of influence and mining, social, and environmental interest of Minera Las Bambas, contributing to their continuous updating. * Prepare reports, documents, presentations, plans, and any other materials required by the social management manager and the dialogue and negotiation superintendent of Minera Las Bambas. * Participate in periodic meetings to report progress on KPIs and achievement of social management objectives as required by the Social Management Department. * Participate in administrative resource management, comply with and enforce applicable procedures from Logistics, Finance, Contracts, Planning, Control, and all other departments involved in administrative workflows, to efficiently enable social management activities within the Superintendent's office. * Contribute to the consolidation of the Heart Las Bambas social management model. * Act with integrity, maintain confidentiality, and strictly comply with Minera Las Bambas' policies, procedures, standards, code of conduct, and internal regulations in the performance of duties and responsibilities. * Other duties inherent to the position and/or as required by the manager. **\#WETALKTODYOURTALENT** * Degree in Law, Political Science, Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, or related fields. * Desired specialization in Social Management or Community Relations, social investment, social conflicts, and/or Dialogue and Sustainability. * Postgraduate degree desirable in Social Development, Social Conflict Management or Transformation, Law, and/or Negotiation. * Eight years of experience in similar functions or positions in the public or private sector. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office. * SAP proficiency (desirable). * Intermediate Quechua (desirable). * Intermediate English (desirable). * Class A1 driver's license with five years of experience. * Knowledge in: + Information analysis + Social conflict management + Dialogue management + Intercultural policy + International mining policies and standards + Administrative management **\#WeProduceCopperWeProduceTalent** **Advertised:** 02 Oct 2025 SA Pacific Standard Time **Applications close:** 19 Oct 2025 SA Pacific Standard Time
